UnlocQed fills a gap that has long been unavailable. They match active and latent candidates (non-active jobseekers) to employers they might be interested in, and all in a way that guarantees the candidates privacy. According to unlocQed, recruitment revolves around four themes: personality, knowledge, skills, and quality. And we completely agree with that.

Hashtag Junkies developed the basics of unlocQed's social media identity. Such a strategy includes the entire social media plan and in the case of unlocQed twice as thick. Why? We first worked towards a soft launch and from there onto a hard launch. We finally can shout from the rooftops that we have strategically set lines of focus to translate unlocQed’s anchor points to the online community. The content that has been created is bold and different but fits like a glove, the copywriting is on point and is appealing to read. In the mix is hands-on and daily community management where we reach out to active (and latent) candidates. Because even if you're having a great time in your current job, research shows that 60% is still open for a job which suits them better. Sliding into DM’s has been a very efficient way to find out what can be done better in the field of recruitment. We know how important high-quality visual content is for social media. We created snackable, premium content and branded stories in the language the audience of unlocQed speaks. All designs that can be found in the Highlights and Stories are from our hand. It is recognizable and continues to make unlocQed stand out. And this time not only because of the story but also because of the cut of their jacket.
