UnlocQed. The job-matching platform based on personality, knowledge, skills, and qualities. UnlocQed puts the candidate in control, without giving away name, age, gender, or place of residence. Next to that: for employers specifically this also means no more (unconscious) bias during recruitment.

UnlocQed fills a gap that has long been unavailable. They match active and latent candidates (non-active jobseekers) to employers they might be interested in, and all in a way that guarantees the candidates privacy. According to unlocQed, recruitment revolves around four themes: personality, knowledge, skills, and quality. And we completely agree with that.

reviews

  • “In the summer of 2019 we decided to search for an authentic social media agency which could help us to market unlocQed via social media. After scanning the market and talking with other companies out of three different independent angles Hashtag Junkies was endorsed with enthusiasm. After a session into their vision on embedding social into other strategic activities, and their track record, we decided to coop. And after the first half year cooperation, we understood that their constructive, long term approach was exactly what we needed. Each post has a link to our purpose, is anchored via one of our themes, is connected to our mission, and appeals as much as possible to our targeted audience. We are very happy with the first results, which are in line with our purpose to connect with other in an authentic and natural way, and grow as organic as possible via social media towards more involved users. We want to address that because of their professionalism, transparency, enthusiasm, and willing to share their huge expertise we can endorse them as a strategic social media partner, if your brand is ready to think a bit different than the mainstream, classical (two times a week assembly line post subscription model) social media approach.”
